I wore this once, to be a bridemaid in a wedding.  It has not been altered.  This dress is from the online store Modcloth.  I also have access to the same dress from another bridemaid who is the exact same size.  If you did need 2 of the same dress.  I am 5"8" and wore flats with the dress.
